This class will teach employees, supervisors and managers how to navigate and use the new electronic Performance Appraisal System or ePAS and can be attended in person or via Teams. Participants are encouraged to bring a computer or have one available to follow along with the training. Below is the breakdown of the training. You only need to attend the times corresponding to your role. A reviewer will need to attend the entire time. A rater should attend the rater and employee portion. An employee, who has no subordinates, need only attend the employee section. Everyone is invited to attend the entire four hour class. The time for the class may be expanded or contracted as the class continues, and we are more familiar with the time needed.
